Any online tools to do in silico RE digestion for unmapped nanopore sequencing reads?

Hi there,

I am doing TLA (Targeted Locus Amplification) dataset analysis. The data I got came from DNA being RE (restriction enzyme) digested and then nanopore sequenced. I need to do a first alignment and then extract unaligned reads and do a in silico RE digestion so that I can do a second alignment to avoid wasting the reads. Do anyone know if there are any online tools to do in silico RE digestion for unmapped nanopore sequencing reads? FYI. I used minimap for mapping.
