How to download all the genome fasta file for plants?

I want to download all genome fasta file of plants from NCBI for executing stand alone blast. Please share any command line tools are available.

NCBI Datasets is specifically designed for this use-case. You can either use the web interface to pick and choose the data you want or use the command line tool. There is an API too if you are building a application. The link above should have sufficient documentation to get you started.
