Does the SOAP (BGI) website mirror exist

Hi!
It seems that SOAP (BGI) website enter link description here is not currently available. But i need a soap2.21 and soapInDel from their SOAP suite. Perhaps it shoulbe within SOAP2. Where can i find the SOAP (BGI) website mirror or at least download the soap2.21 and soapInDel sorces for compilation?
