How to Combine Genotype and Phenotype Data?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone might know the answer to this question. I’ve been searching through the PLINK documentation and across the web but I haven’t seen anything for my particular situation.

I have the binary PLINK files of various SNPs for 500 individuals, and in turn corresponding phenotype data for those 500 (age, height, weight, etc.)

Is it possible to combine the SNPs/genotypes of the individuals with their respective phenotype data into a single file? And could this be done in PLINK? My end goal is to analyze the file in R or Python.
