This packages implements the unified Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney Test for qPCR data. This modified test allows for testing differential expression in qPCR data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version
“4.0”) and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("unifiedWMWqPCR")
