Can we use basespace illumina link instead of https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ in our papers

Hello,
I am going to deposit all data, project and analysis data to www.ebi.ac.uk/.
But I have all information in basespace.

How I can share the link from the basespace to my report?

2- for submitting the paper to the journal, is it acceptable the link of data from basespace/illumina?
