GREAT difference between ‘mouse phenotype’ and ‘mouse phenotype single KO’

Hi, I’ve been trying to find information on what the difference is between the ‘mouse phenotype’ and ‘mouse phenotype single KO’ categories that are generated in GREAT genome ontology analyses but haven’t been able to find any detailed explanation. Does anybody have a more precise idea? Thanks for the help!
