Is it recommened to filter ethenic background outlier before imputation?

Hi All,

I was wondering if it is recommended to remove the ethenic background outlier to perform imputation using Minimac4 or imput2? For example, Should I be considering only one Ethenic group and remove all the samples from the other Ethenic groups?
