What You’ll Bring

• Bachelors/master’s in bioinformatics or related discipline
• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
• Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of – mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms)
• Experience in Perl/Python scripting
• Experience is Unix/Linux environment
• Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC.
• Ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary teams

What You’ll Bring

• Organize and data mine / annotate clinical data to assess the performance of clinical tests
• Work closely with scientists and engineers with data analysis & experimental design
• Develop software and analysis pipelines for data mining large datasets and auto generation of reports
• Develop classification algorithms and model data
• Evaluate algorithms needed for filtering, clustering and qualification of data and Perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate and communicate with various teams and business units
