Provean for mutations in yeast genome

Hi everyone,
I am currently working on anti-fungal drug resistance mutations on a medically important yeast. I have listed some of the well-known mutations. Then use Provean web application to test whether Provean is able to sort them. I had very promising results from Provean but I am not sure that I can use Provean for yeasts. I want to use these results for a project of mine so It is important for me to be sure that I can use Provean for yeasts.
If you could give me a suggestion or examples regarding yeasts I would be so thankful.
