Bioinformatics and computational scientist to analyze genomics data – Freelance Job in Quantitative Analysis – Less than 30 hrs/week – More than 6 months

Weare looking for an experienced and motivated data scientist with expertise in computational biology, genomics and statistics. We are considering both full time and part time positions with virtual/remote work options.
This is what we need:
Strong expertise in gene expression analysis including RNAseq, sc-RNAseq, microarray technologies.
Analysis if genetic variant data
Machine learning approaches for data analysis
Knowledge of R, Python for data analysis
Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to communicate clearly
