How to use Picrust to make functional profile has as input a the taxonomic abundance table from MG-rast ?

Hi everybady, someany know how to make the functional profile in the Picrust?

Hi everyone, I performed the identification of the taxonomic profile of a 16S metagenome in MG-rast. Now I need to make the functional profile in Picrust using as input biom and TSV tables from MG-rast. Does anyone know how to perform this analysis?
