Wild type breast primary cell miRNA data

Hello all,
I am looking for a cancer seq database other than ncbi and encode where I can get miRNA data from either human breast primary cells or tissues. I have a bunch of breast cancer miRNA data but could not find a control non cancer miRNA data.

Can someone advice me on where I can find some?
