Currently the upload of Biosolr to the instance happening here gives no indication of the version of the blob being uploaded, which makes it difficult to know if we are using the most up-to-date version (although an extra trip to $HOST/solr/.system/blob/biosolr and checking the md5 of the local JAR file helps). My suggestion would be that the blobName is influenced to include the version of the JAR file being uploaded. This could also enable us to use different versions of Biosolr if needed with different collections.
