Recommendations for a tool to check multiplex dPCR cross hybridations between probes

Hi all,

I would like to have your recommendations on a software that could be able to check for cross-hybdridations, etc. between dPCR probes in a multiplex assay, please ?

Indeed, I would like to perform a dPCR multiplex assay using 5 different probes for 5 differents strains (each probe is specific to a strain), and I just want to ensure that no probe hybridation could occur.

I know that oli2go could do this but unfortunately, it is no longer maintained for now. If you have any other ideas, please let me know!
