The ideal candidate will be experienced in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Science, and Data Science.
He or She will also have a passion and proven track record of integrating and analyzing biomedical datasets, applying insights from human biology and biomedical data analysis to impact drug discovery.
In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, prototyping, and implementing new scientific capabilities (ex.: pathway ontologies, graph algorithms, ML applied to DEL data analysis and/or compound properties prediction, etc…) and disseminating the latest research trends and developments across teams.
From a technical perspective, you should be comfortable writing clean Python and/or R code and have a familiarity with the packages that support Bioinformatics, Data Science, and Machine Learning activities.
