What You Will Be Doing
As the bioinformatics scientist, you will be developing pipelines by using sequencing data to predict vectors therapies. You’ll do some quantification and QC Analysis from HTP assays that have NGS reads out, work on workflow enrichment and develop large scale linear/machine learning models.
What You Need for this Position
PhD in Bioinformatics or equivalent
Experience with Molecular Biology and/or AAV Gene Therapy
Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of work experience
