finding specific protein for bacteria.

Please, anyone can suggest a tool to find the specific protein or unique protein for particular bacteria.
I downloaded the identical protein from NCBI I got (1200 protein sequence in Fasta format file). Still, I want to shortlist or reduce the number of proteins and don’t want to end up with a protein not specific for this bacteria.
