where/how do you get them?

I would like to calculate UniFrac distances on microbial samples that I have. All the docs I’ve read mentioned that you need to provide a phylogenetic tree with distances, but I haven’t seen a single mention of how to create them or where to get them from.

What information do these trees include? How do you create them?
