Archive GenomeStudio projects?

I need to archive some GenomeStudio (2.0) projects. Is it possible to just zip up a folder and save it somewhere? Or does GS retain stateful information somewhere else, in which case simply unzipping an archived project and trying to open it in GS won’t work?
