Bioconductor is currently experiencing server problems, both towards its website www.bioconductor.org and towards the BiocManager package which is the workhorse for package installation. Core team is aware (support.bioconductor.org/p/9139940/), so don’t be surprised if you get some errors when installing/downloading packages at the moment.
