Roles Responsibilities As a Principal Scientist, BioinformaticsComputational Biology you will work with bench scientists to design, analyze, visualize and interpret high content genomics data (Affymetric, RNASeq, scRNAseq). You will use your knowledge of omics data analysis to be a key member in developing novel analytical and computational methods. Being an expert within PythonR you will be able to write code and evaluate algorithms. Qualifications Experience PhD in Computational Biology or equivalent subject with additional industry experience Algorithm developmentmodelling skills Single-cell RNA-seq + related expertise Database buildingmanagement + SQL Commercial pipelinesoftware development for NGSrelated activities.
