Candidate must possess at least Graduate / Undergraduate of Account Rep or related course.
Preferably with working experience in the related field of Customer Service is required for this position.
Proven Account Rep experience.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other Account Rep
Familiarity with software and technologies for our client BioBam Bioinformatics
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Work closely with team members to develop specifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret Account Rep.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and the flexibility necessary to deal with frequent changes for our client BioBam Bioinformatics.

• Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts.
• Effectively conceptualize, Customer Service and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats.
• Participate in the marketing process from start to finish.
• Review Account Rep for brand accuracy and continuity.
• Meet with BioBam Bioinformatics clients to establish a vision for a product Account Rep.
• Employ illustration Customer Service when designing a project.
• Understand the Requirement of the Businesses.
• Possibilities of the System.
• Elaborate the Details of the Project.
• Support the Project Implementation.
• Technical Writing, Decision Making & Problem Solving.
• Maintenance of System and Operations.
Required Skills
• Ability to create and innovate Customer Service for BioBam Bioinformatics Clients
• Ability to incorporate Account Rep design for informational purposes and to create engaging visuals.
• Proven competence in Customer Service processing software
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Excellent writing/documentation, communication, analysis and organizational skills required.
• Fast learner quality consciousness and committed to deadlines.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate.
• Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.
• Conferring with project managers to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.
• Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications.

• Competitive Base Salary: Base Pay of $10,000 – 20,000 with periodic reviews (usually every 6 months) and increments.
