ABOUT THE ROLE
Independent, collaborative, & product focused Deep expertise in computational biology Experience with at least one of: CRISPR screening data, NGS data, omics data, GWAS/PheWAS data, RWE data, protein/protein interaction data Strong coding skills (Python or Scala) and experience in data wrangling Strong experience in setting up ETL data flows Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying APIs Familiar with modern software engineering practices and the use of modern collaborative tools.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED Experience in building knowledge graphs and integrating ontologies previously developed CI/CD pipelines and leveraged cloud computing knowledge of semantic modelling: RDF(S), OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, SHACL, TTL Cheminformatics or high throughput screening knowledge experience in network biology, knowledge graph or related fields
