The binding matrix’s peak intervals (all of them) have a width =1 bp. I have set summit=False, summit=0, summit=True. All these parameters return 1 bp width.

In fact, I have 6 samples. I have tried analyzing data using 2 samples to see if I can find a change in the interval width.

Could you please give me insight into this problem as to why this may be happening?

Note: I do not have bamControls for the experiment.
