Code for Rstudio with TFBSTools package searching for trascription factors in fasta format DNA sequence

Hello,
i want to make a code for RStudio in order to find what transcription factors found in my sequences. I have DNA sequences at FASTA format with 40 noucleotides.
First i want to read the fasta format and with the JASPAR i want to find the trascription factors in this sequences.
