How can I calculate the distance between a C-alpha atom and its hydrogen bond in a protein?
I need to calculate the distance between a given C-alpha atom and the Hydrogen bonds in a protein in BioPython. And, I need to calculate that from a PDB file.
Can anyone give me an idea regarding how to do that?
