Dna methylation package minfi

Hi,

I’m studing about DNA methylation.

I used minfi package for DNA methylation analysis!!

After beta value and annotation value merge, open it with excel.

But excel file is empty..
(Perhap, because file size is very large..)

How do I solve this problem?
