The AlphaFold Database, co-developed by DeepMind and EMBL-EBI

This is a talk for students and early career researchers organized by the FEBS Junior Sections. The speakers, Prof Gerard Kleywegt and Dr Sameer Velankar from EMBL’s European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) were involved in the team at EMBL-EBI that developed, in collaboration with DeepMind, the AlphaFold database. You can learn more about the AlphaFold protein structure predictions in this post on the FEBS network.
