The NGS data analysis will require both strong programming skills and quantitative/statistical analysis. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success.
Candidates must have a graduate degree In Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in NGS (Illumina) data analysis. Excellent programming skills, including Python and R, along with demonstrated experience with SQL databases, Unix and REST API; additional preference will be given to candidates knowledgeable in HPC, non-SQL databases, cloud computing, long reads and single-cell NGS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You must be able to work in a team environment that values open and honest communication, embraces challenge, innovation and continuous improvement, works hard and loves to have fun, is fast-paced and displays a can-do attitude.
