We are an innovative and driven team of investigators focused on the interpretation of -omic data for diagnostic and preventative clinical applications. Our research involves innovating, implementing, and translating diagnostic and therapeutic methods to address rare and/or undiagnosed monogenetic disease and preventative sequencing of health individuals. Mayo Clinic’s Center for Individualized Medicine was established to advance genomic sequencing into clinical practice and transform the way we care for patients. We work in close collaboration with many healthcare professionals, including molecular and medical geneticists, to create solutions that will impact the future of patient care.

This team actively develops cutting-edge methods for interpreting genetic variants in the context of inherited disease. We are embedded in a multi disciplinary environment striving to find answers for our patients. These positions require talented individuals grounded in the fundamentals of genomic variant interpretation and trained in informatics or data science, capable of leading eff orts to innovate our genomic focused interpretation platform.
