Haploview linkage format .ped and .info file error

I have chromsome specific vcf file, I have done tabix for indexing then perform plink with following command
/plink –file Chr1 –recode HV –snps-only just-acgt –out SNP
It created file
SNP.info
SNp.ped

When I am giving these file as input in Haploview4.1. It is showing an error file has zero valid indiviuals

I did not have this issue. Earlier. I am not getting solution. Kindly help me
