The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that all Brand + Marketing projects are effectively executed and delivered successfully against expectations and delivered on-time and in-budget. This is a key role in improving operating processes, driving accountability, improving resource utilization and ensuring our projects operate like a well-oiled machine. 

Who you are:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in project management and content production experience, especially at a DTC brand, and/or advertising or media agency with an emphasis on integrated, multi-channel project management across online and offline.
  • Experienced in managing and producing new product launches and company / brand / commercialization initiatives from inception of product through integrated launch plan. 
  • You develop strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and external resources and vendors.
  • You know how to communicate to different stakeholders using their languages, keeping in mind the type of communication that will help everyone succeed.
  • You thrive on ambiguity, and live for problem solving and decision making. 
  • You can see around corners, to anticipate and plan for change. 
  • You are flexible and able to learn on the fly in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment and effectively cope with change. 
  • You are a natural communicator, relationship-builder and efficiency seeker who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail — You can’t un-see a bug, copy edit, or incorrect asset.
  • Excels in: File management, Google Suite, Keynote, Smartsheet, PM software (Asana + Jira) 
  • Experience in: Figma, Adobe CC, frame.io, Notion

What you’ll do: 

  • Operationalize the end-to-end go-to-marketing process from concept development through launch, working closely with channel leads and stakeholders. 
  • Work in lockstep with Executive Creative Producer, Design Director, and Director of Marketing Ops to prioritize cross-departmental deliverables and assign resources. 
  • Work in collaboration with ECP on content production and post-production. 
  • Accountable for resource utilization analysis and recommendations to recalibrate resources based on needs. 
  • Communicate with and manage the design team. 
  • Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments.  
  • Orchestrate cross-team coordination and ensure individuals are held accountable for their assigned deliverables and deadlines. 
  • Set and track project milestones and communicate regular status updates to cross-functional teams and project stakeholders. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks/conflicts, in a timely manner. 
  • Proactively schedule key meetings and reviews. 
  • Facilitate meetings: set meeting objectives, keep discussions on track, wrap up key points, cascade action items and upcoming milestones. 
  • Constantly seek out ways to improve processes that enable the Brand + Marketing team to work together more effectively. 
  • Track all of the deliverables and project phases including brief, copy, assets, design, QC, launch.  
  • Organize, conduct and lead project retrospective meetings.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $120k-$150k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
