Bioinformatics in drug designing

Hi all

I have a background both in pharmacy and bioinformatics and I have been exploring the ways bioinformatics can be used in drug discovery (pharmaceutical bioinformatics)

But I’m trying to find a literature which makes it easier for me to understand the concept more efficiently. So if anybody have an idea regarding that it will be helpful for me.
