how to adjust other conditions when calling DEGs by DESeq2

I’d like to call DEG by DESeq2. The following is the sample meta-data:

I want to call DEGs in wk2 vs wk0, however, condition “Diet” and “Treatment” have two values too.
Does it make sense to call DEGs? If I can call DEGs, is there way to adjust Diet and Treatment in DESeq2?
